![]() We can get a new story, and flesh out the Star Wars universe in new ways. By telling a different set of stories without the main characters we have come to know. It also seems to me that the movie is doing a bit of world building. I am cautiously optimistic that this movie will be as good as it looks. So its not like they just keep using the same three scenes over and over in each trailer. ![]() All the trailers have looked great, an each trailer involves considerably new content. I'm still a little concerned since they had to do the reshoots. The Royal Latverian Film Academy put them out as anti-Richards propaganda. I've got a similar pitch if Marvel ever gets the FF rights back. Framing Episodes I-III as a background soap opera at a cantina would be totally cool with me. Fast forward five years and Nick Fury sees a cartoon playing in a bar television and absently comments how that whole backstory was just a cartoon put out by Tony Stark's marketing machine. They had a pretty zany backstory for Ultimate Tony Stark, written by Orson Scott Card (I think). I would love, LOVE them to go the Ultimate Iron Man route. Or maybe, in light of The Force Awakens having none of that Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon shit, the prequels are being ignored? Perhaps the Geonosians weren't able to get it to work? Or maybe it was Erso's design but they were contracted to build the prototype? I don't think my heart can stand the breakage. Or are we just ignoring that part? I mean, that's good, I guess?Īnd, holy balls, this trailer looks amazing. So.did.did Mads work with the Geonosians? I thought the Death Star was their thing.
